Credits are the currency system used at Datagma. You can use your Datagma credits to search for both emails and mobile phone numbers.

• 1 credit = 1 email, including associated company and person enrichment data
• 30 credits = 1 mobile phone number

Once you purchase a credit package, you're free to spend your credits however you want — on emails, phone numbers, or a mix of both.
For example:
If you buy a package that includes 3300 credits , you could use it to find:

• 3300 emails, or
• 110 phone numbers (3300 ÷ 30 = 110), or
• A mix, like 1650 emails and 55 phones (1650 credits for emails + 1650 credits for phones)

This flexible system lets you choose exactly how to use your credits based on your prospecting needs.

Each plan offers a different number of credits and features, depending on your company’s needs.

To sign up for Datagma all you need is a business email address, which looks like this: john@pearrr.com. If you find you’re not able to sign up to Datagma, it’s probably because you’re using Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or general business emails like admin@acme.com, sales@acme.com, or info@acme.com (which Datagma does not accept.) You can cancel the renewal of your plan at any time for any reason. Click on my account, go to the billing tab, and click ‘cancel’.

Yes, your unused credits will continue to roll over each month, for up to 12 months, as long as you are subscribed to Datagma. On annual plans, you will get all your credits upon purchase. Any unused credits will be reset at the end of the annual cycle.
