Do I risk erasing my data?

No risk; we never delete or overwrite your data. We enrich your contacts in custom properties that we automatically create for you and that can be removed at any time.

Do I have to enrich all the contacts in my CRM?

No, you can select any dynamic or static list you want to enrich, to enhance only the contacts you want.

How does the job change detection work?

At the interval defined by you, we check if your contacts are still working or if they have changed companies. If we detect a company change, we add a custom property for the contact (which allows you to add it to a dynamic list) and create a task for the contact's owner. Then you decide what to do, create a new contact or edit it.

Can I go back if I'm not satisfied?

Since we write in our custom properties, it's easy to revert. You can delete our custom properties at any time and, therefore, the data that has been enriched.

What data will be added to my CRM?

I am interested in only some of the data you offer, can I choose?

Our custom properties are divided into four categories (Company Data, Full Company Data (which includes money raised and website traffic), Technologies Data, and SIRENE Data); you choose the data packs you are interested in. We will add the associated custom properties. This way you don't overload your account.

Do you add email addresses and phone numbers?

As per HubSpot's Terms of Services, we do not add email addresses or mobile numbers to HubSpot
